WE SHIP EVERY WEDNESDAY (ONCE A WEEK)

What to expect-

1 pack of Ribeyes (2-3lbs, 2 steaks) 

1 pack of Filets (.75-1lb, 2 steaks)

1 pack of  NY  (1.5-2 lbs, 2 steaks)

1 pack of Top Sirloin (1.5-2.0lbs, 2 steaks) 

3 packs of ground beef (1lb each)

** substitutes of our choice will be added if we are out of any specific steak **
